This roundtable will focus on the development of a regional hydrogen market in Central and Eastern Europe. Discussions will address the key enablers required to accelerate sector growth, including infrastructure development, regulatory frameworks, industrial demand, financing models, and collaboration among public authorities, infrastructure operators, and prospective off-takers.

The objective of the Hydrogen Roundtable is to develop a common position for the regional hydrogen sector on the future shape of European hydrogen policy. Participants will include representatives of public authorities, the hydrogen sector, infrastructure operators, industrial stakeholders, future hydrogen consumers, and industry associations.

This roundtable aims to initiate a regional and industry-wide dialogue on developing a shared vision for the continued growth of the Baltic Sea offshore wind market through 2040, in response to the 2022 Marienborg Declaration and the 2026 North Sea Investment Pact. The discussion will serve as a platform for launching intergovernmental cooperation across the Baltic Sea region and for establishing the foundational principles of a Baltic Offshore Growth and Resilience Pact.

Participants will include representatives of public authorities, the offshore wind industry, infrastructure operators, industry associations, and leading companies actively involved in the development of the Baltic offshore market.

This roundtable will address energy security and the resilience of critical infrastructure across the Baltic Sea region and Central and Eastern Europe. Discussions will cover key challenges related to security of supply, protection of energy infrastructure, and physical, cyber, and geopolitical risks.

The objective of the meeting is to identify areas where closer cooperation between industry stakeholders and infrastructure operators can be established to strengthen regional resilience. Participants will include representatives of public authorities, energy sector, infrastructure operators, security institutions, and subject-matter experts.

This roundtable will examine the competitiveness of LNG infrastructure in the Baltic region as a key import gateway for Central and Eastern European countries. Discussions will focus on opportunities to increase LNG terminal utilization, enhance commercial attractiveness, improve regulatory conditions, foster gas market integration, and strengthen LNG’s role in supply diversification and regional energy security.

Participants will include LNG terminal operators, transmission system operators (TSOs), storage system operators (SSOs), gas suppliers, public authorities, and market participants from across the Baltic and CEE regions.

This roundtable will focus on the role of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies in supporting industrial decarbonization across the Baltic Sea region. Discussions will address ongoing work within the HELCOM framework and the region’s first offshore CO₂ storage project, Baltic Aurelia.

Participants will include representatives of industry, public authorities, energy sector, infrastructure operators, and organizations engaged in the development and deployment of CCS projects.
