Alis Helene Tefre is a senior executive with more than two decades
of leadership experience across strategy, operations, commercial
management, and corporate transformation in international and
highly complex organizations. Currently serving at Vice President
level, she is recognized for combining a strong strategic mindset
with disciplined execution and resilient leadership.
Throughout her career, Alis has held multiple senior executive roles
within Equinor, covering enterprise strategy, operations, portfolio
management, market analysis, and regional leadership. Her experience spans P&L
responsibility, performance management, and high-stakes decision support at executive
and board level. Alis brings extensive international experience, including serving as
President and Country Manager for Equinor’s Asia Pacific subsidiary in Singapore.
In addition to her executive roles, Alis has broad governance and board experience through
industry associations, foundations, and chair responsibilities. She holds a master’s degree
in economics from the University of Oslo.
