Emilia Janisz has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, specialising in EU nuclear legislation, climate and energy security strategy. Through more than a decade of work at the European Nuclear Society and Nucleareurope, she co‑led evidence‑based advocacy on nuclear science and technology in Brussels, contributing to the renewed recognition of nuclear energy as a key pillar of Europe’s clean energy transition. She is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusive leadership within the energy community as Women in Nuclear Poland President.
