Jo Vanhoren is President of the Business Unit Welded and circular technologies and vice president of Alfa Laval’s Energy Division.
 
With a career at Alfa Laval spanning over two decades, Jo has held various leadership roles, driving innovation and sustainable growth in a wide span of sectors. He is recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to customer success. Jo is responsible for leading the business unit worldwide. 
Energy efficiency, clean energy and circularity are the main drivers for future growth and innovation. The Business unit is committed to stay on the forefront of the development and ensures the most performant and reliable heat exchangers and separators for the applications of today and tomorrow.
 
Jo joined Alfa Laval in 1991 as a Sales Engineer for the process industries in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since than he has taken on many different leadership positions in European and North American regions. 
 
Jo holds a degree in electromechanical engineering, with a specialization in thermodynamics, as well as a post-graduate degree in business economics.
