Prior to ICEYE, she served as CFO at Orlen S.A. and W.A.G payment solutions plc (Eurowag), where she strengthened capital structures, led significant financing initiatives, and supported organizations through high-growth and public market transitions.
As CFO of ICEYE, Magdalena leads the company’s global financial strategy, capital markets engagement, and long-term financial resilience.
