Tony Housh is a strategic policy, business and communications advisor with over thirty years of experience in Poland and CEE and is the principal of CGC Advisors. He has assisted and managed companies in a range of critical sectors including energy, defense, cybersecurity, innovative AI/VR technologies.
He is a member of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce and served as the Chairman of AmCham from January 2015 to January 2025. (AmCham Poland represents over 64 billion USD in assets in Poland, with its member companies directly employing over 330,000 people.) and a Senior Fellow on economic and security affairs at The Atlantic Council. Tony is also a co-founder of Corporate Aid Ukraine, a US registered non-profit providing front line aid to Ukraine. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Gemini Sp. z o.o. and Polish Pharmacies Sp. z o.o., an advisor to the Jack Strong Foundation, and a member of the Program Board at the Alumni Association.
Tony is a frequent commentator on Polish and CEE television and radio outlets and has published numerous articles on trade, investment, innovation, and security in a wide range of publications.
He served as a non-executive board member and audit committee member of the NASDAQ and WSE listed CEDC and participated in transactions totaling well over 1 billion USD. Tony served as a senior counselor and member of the International Advisory Board with APCO Worldwide from 2008 to 2018 and as the Director for Central Europe for Northrop Grumman from 2018 to 2022.
He previously served as the Director of the American Chamber of Commerce and the country officer for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Albania at the US Department of Treasury. Prior to beginning his work in Poland in the early 1990s, Tony held analyst roles in London and Brussels as well as running two successful US Congressional campaigns.
Tony received his MA in European Integration cum laude from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). He is a graduate of the University of Kansas (USA) and was an exchange scholar in Soviet & East European Studies at the University of Essex (UK). He is an alumnus of the Salzburg Seminar.
In November 2014 he was awarded the Knights Cross (Medal of Honor) for services to the Republic of Poland by the President of Poland.

This roundtable will examine the competitiveness of LNG infrastructure in the Baltic region as a key import gateway for Central and Eastern European countries. Discussions will focus on opportunities to increase LNG terminal utilization, enhance commercial attractiveness, improve regulatory conditions, foster gas market integration, and strengthen LNG’s role in supply diversification and regional energy security.
Participants will include LNG terminal operators, transmission system operators (TSOs), storage system operators (SSOs), gas suppliers, public authorities, and market participants from across the Baltic and CEE regions.
